The theme “security” is a high priority at Teleperformance. Our campaign’s main goal was to engage and inform all 190 thousand employees within 65 countries about the importance of everyone’s contribution and compliance with the safety guidelines.
We developed a strategic campaign to provide both education and inspiration to employees, connecting them closer to the concept of a safe workplace. We designed campaign content in the form of posters, banners, clings and signage installed in a variety of strategic places. The campaign communicated each and every safety guideline through a more engaging and humanized messaging.
Employees across Teleperformance gained a much better understanding of the impact that their actions have on everyone’s safety. The campaign reminded employees of their common purpose, which improved morale and reduced issues and concerns regarding safety.
